Kerry’s Voting Record for 108th Congress

Here is Kerry’s voting record for the 108th Congress. See the post below for how this data was obtained.

Month – Votes Cast / Total Votes Taken – Percentage Cast

February ’04 – 0 / 8 – 0.0%
January ’04 – 0 / 6 – 0.0%
November – 2 / 27 – 7.4%
October – 21 / 62 – 33.9%
September – 4 / 49 – 8.2%
July – 2 / 59 – 3.4%
June – 11/ 60 – 18.3%
May – 43 / 66 – 64.2%
April – 8 / 24 – 33.3%
March – 58 / 75 – 77.3%
February ’03 – 1 / 8 – 12.5%
January ’03 – 14 / 29 – 48.3%

Total – 164 / 473 – 34.7%

WOW, I can’t belive how many non-votes Kerry has. It makes me wonder if he is neglecting his vote for strategic purposes, there were a few times where he would vote once in the middle of several other votes being done on the same day. It seems like this happened more and more as it got later in the year (Sept. – Nov. ’03).

Make of it what you will, and I’ll gladly take any corrections to the numbers anyone may find…especially those for Edwards since I had a rather confusing system which resulted in at least one error.
