XML Comment Reference

Thanks to google for indexing this word document which explains what should be put in the common and not-so-common tags used in XML comments. Useful because the MSDN example for the value tag says “Name accesses the value of the name data member”…right, so useful to see in comments.

Instead this document uses “Property <c>X</c> represents the point’s x-coordinate.” much better IMO.

Now to start documenting the XMNET Commander library.
