Extreme Boredom

I’ve now been at the dealership for almost an hour and a half and I’m running out of things to occupy my mind with. Fortunately two of the things that needed fixing were supposed to be quick and easy; a couple knobs broke off and the cruise control switch cover had broken off as well. It is the other 3 things that has me worried: The battery light keeps coming on after driving the vehicle for a short distance; and there are two outstanding recalls that need to be performed.

At least I’ve got my wireless driver installed again, not that it really matters; it didn’t detect any access points. With the driver installed I don’t have to worry about making sure I have an ethernet cable near me the next time I decide to take the laptop out of my room though.

What a great way to spend my birthday…and I still don’t know what I’ll be doing later tonight; maybe I won’t get out of here tonight :-O I didn’t bring the AC adapter for my laptop because it was added bulk I didn’t want; luckily my battery guage is still showing a good 4.6 hours left
