Stuck in an airport

Preparing for a long night

Luc blogged about how our trip to DevConnections didn’t go exactly as planned..

There were some good things about the trip as well. Because we didn’t have the booth set up on Sunday night, come the Monday morning exhibit time we were probably the busiest booth in the place. This had its own downside, mainly that I had to talk about our products for about 4 hours without a break. But I was up for it, talking about our products with potential customers gives me a better understanding of what people are looking for. Especially after you hear the same question over and over again.

So far I’ve read about half of State of Fear which I picked up while Luc and I waited for our flight out of Pittsburgh.

  2. Yep, I’m still at the airport…I just posted that while I sit on the floor with my laptop sitting in a chair.

I’ll post a picture of my current set up.

  3. Free wifi at the airport?

  4. Thankfully, yes.

If you read Luc’s blog entry you’ll see that was the first internet access I had had since 7:30am Sunday morning 🙂

I lucked out there; some of the airports I had been in want to charge for wifi access, and I doubly lucked out too because they didn’t block VPN access either.

  7. I didnt get a new veh. I got a 2000 Ford Focus…I LOVE IT:) I only pay 140.00 a month for my payment thats with extra ins. through the bank for disability and something else. And my ins. is 580.00 for 6 months. It was only 4000.00 out the door with tax, title, and plate transfer. Its pretty much like driving grandma kays car…but mine is blue and its a four door sedan not a hatchback. I’ll take a picture of it when I get out of work if its bright enough out and wake your ass up by the sound of the ring tone:)
